40亿美元！AMD刚买AI服务器工厂又卖掉 台湾四巨头抢破头
快科技2月23日消息，2024年8月，AMD斥资49亿美元(约合350亿元人民币)，收购了服务器制造商ZT Systems，加强与NVIDIA的竞争力。
ZT Systems一直是英业达的AI服务器供应商，AMD将其收购之后，除了得到服务器设计技术、经验和团队，也得到了其位于新泽西州、得克萨斯州的服务器制造工厂。
但是，AMD无意以服务器制造商、供应商的身份出现，这会与其合作伙伴形成直接竞争关系，因此想把工厂资产卖掉。
目前，AMD正在与潜在收购者谈判，仁宝、英业达、和硕、纬创这四大中国台湾服务器巨头都有意将其拿下，但不清楚是否已经达成最终协议。
包含债务在内，这笔交易的总价值应该在30-40亿美元，对于AMD来说是个非常不错的价格。
如果谈判成功，这笔交易最早会在第二季度宣布。
