中银航空租赁购买五架波音737-8飞机并签长期租赁协议
2月24日，中银航空租赁（02588）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司BOCAviation（Cayman）Limited于2025年2月21日与波音公司签署协议，购买五架波音737-8飞机。同时，公司还与ArajetS.A.签订了关于这些飞机的长期租赁协议。该交易构成公司的合资格飞机租赁活动，计划于2026年和2027年交付。
截至2024年12月31日，公司资产组合总计709架自有、代管及已订购的飞机和发动机。公告中提到，交易事项的条款符合公司及其股东的整体利益，且交易是根据一般商业条款订立的。由于交易事项的相关百分比率中至少有一项大于5%但所有相关百分比率均小于25%，因此该交易构成须予披露交易，但因其为合资格飞机租赁活动，获豁免遵守公告、通函及股东批准规定。
