BOC Aviation's Subsidiary To Purchase Five Boeing Aircraft; Lease Out to Dominican Airline

BOC Aviation's (HKG:2588) wholly-owned subsidiary BOC Aviation (Cayman) signed an agreement to purchase five Boeing 737-8 aircraft from Boeing, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.

BOC Aviation also signed a long-term deal to lease the aircraft to Arajet SA, a Dominican Republic incorporated airline. Five Boeing 737-8 aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2026 and 2027.
