智通财经APP获悉，京信通信(02342)再涨近5%，月内累计涨幅已超50%。截至发稿，涨4.83%，报1.52港元，成交额7438.58万港元。
消息面上，京信通信近日发布公告称，公司将以每股1.09港元的价格，向两名投资者易磊及英特尔发行共约3.41亿股新股，集资约3.72亿港元。据证券时报报道，易磊与一家已上市的苹果供应商董事长之子同名，这使得市场对易磊的身份充满了猜测，但公告内并没有更多有关易磊的介绍。
值得注意的是，京信通信近期发布盈警，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度集团母公司拥有人应占亏损将取得不多于6亿港元。公司指，期内综合亏损主要由于全球电信运营商延迟网络资本项目的建设，导致集团于本年度的营业额及毛利下降；集团积极处理相关的存货报废；终止公司建议京信网络进行分拆及京信网络的A股于中国上海证券交易所科创板独立上市的财务影响合共约1.6亿港元。
