Lifestyle Communities Posts Lower H1 Earnings Despite Higher Revenue

Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC) reported Monday that its attributable earnings per diluted share in the first half fell to AU$0.1857, from AU$0.1967 per diluted share a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting an EPS of AU$0.174.

Revenue from ordinary activities for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$115.9 million, up 16% from the same period last year.

Home settlement revenue rose to AU$84.9 million from AU$70.3 million year on year.

Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected AU$102.1 million in revenue.

LIC also said that it appointed Henry Ruiz, former Chief Executive Officer of REA Group (ASX:REA), as CEO effective March 5, per the filing.

The board did not declare an interim dividend for the reported period.
