智通财经APP获悉，英国国家电网公司(NGG.US)同意将其美国陆上可再生能源业务以17亿美元出售给布鲁克菲尔德资产管理公司(BAM.US)，此举正值美国总统特朗普誓言遏制绿色电力发展。
这笔交易达成之际，开发商正密切关注前总统拜登签署的《通胀削减法案》中税收激励措施的延续性。截至目前，特朗普的政策主要针对海上风电，而对主要由私人土地建设且获两党支持的可再生能源设施，行政部门的单边干预能力有限。
根据周一的声明，该交易预计将于2026年3月31日止财年的上半年完成。
此次出售的业务涵盖大型太阳能、陆上风能和电池储能资产的开发、建造、拥有及运营，当前运营规模达1.8吉瓦，另有1.3吉瓦在建项目。
英国国家电网仍保留在纽约和马萨诸塞州服务超2000万用户的电力和天然气网络，并与德国莱茵集团(RWE AG)在东北部海域合作开发海上风电项目，该项目系上届政府时期设立。
