这家总部位于新加坡的公司计划以每股4至5美元的价格发行200万股股票，筹资900万美元。在拟议范围的中点，AI Assets的市值将达到7400万美元。

通过其新加坡全资子公司MAXE AI， AI Assets利用人工智能技术提供金融信息和市场跟踪服务。MAXE AI依托历史数据和对全球主要资产波动的实时分析，通过其AI投资助理应用“MAXE”为个人用户提供最优的金融信息和跟踪服务，并为机构用户量身定制AI信息系统“TPS”。MAXE不提供任何投资建议或交易服务。到目前为止，该公司的收入有限。

AI Assets成立于2023年，计划在纳斯达克上市，代码为AIAS。Univest证券是此次交易的唯一簿记行。
