近日，中国最大事故车拍卖平台博车网正式向港交所递交招股书，中信证券和复星国际资本担任联席保荐人。数据显示，2023年博车网在中国事故车拍卖市场的份额达31.3%，稳居行业第一。公司通过估值基础设施及线上线下结合的模式，成功连接上游保险公司与下游认证修理厂、汽车拆解厂等买家。

财务方面，博车网2022年、2023年收入分别为3.88亿元、5.18亿元，年内亏损逐步收窄至1.21亿元，2024年前三季度实现收入4.04亿元，期内利润142.5万元，成功扭亏为盈。创始人陈健鹏持股25.53%，为公司第一大股东，复星国际旗下上海锐望及中国平安旗下Yizhi Ventures亦持有部分股份。

陈健鹏作为博车网的核心管理者，拥有超过20年汽车行业经验，曾任职于德国Beissbarth GmbH及Robert Bosch GmbH等知名企业，为公司发展提供了坚实的技术与战略支持。博车网的上市将进一步推动其在事故车拍卖领域的持续扩张与创新。
