格隆汇2月24日｜三星电子周一发布声明称，公司与其最大工会就2025年工资协议达成初步协议，工资平均涨幅为5.1%。此次协议涉及的韩国三星电子工会(NSEU)的3.6万名会员，占员工总数的30%左右。工会成员将于2月28日至3月5日对这一初步协议进行投票表决。根据协议内容，除加薪外，工会成员还将获得30股公司股票以及其他福利，例如购买公司产品的优惠券以及针对三孩或更多子女的员工建立退休后的返聘制度。
