市场消息指,恒地(00012.HK) 旗下中环甲厦“The Henderson”录得大手租赁成交,涉及该幢物业的第27至30楼,每层面积约1.3万至1.5万平方呎,合共占约5.5万平方呎。上述物业由美资对冲基金Point72承租,业内人士估计每月租金约660万元,呎租约120元。
Point72成立于2014年,现于伦敦、巴黎、新加坡等大城市均有设立办事处,该对冲基金目前在港租用中环遮打大厦作为总部,涉及楼面面积约3.5万平方呎。(js/u)
