智通财经APP获悉，三星电子(SSNLF.US)及其韩国工会周一分别发表声明称，双方已达成协议，将工资提高5.1%。
据双方透露，拥有约36000名会员的全国三星电子工会(NSEU)将自2月28日至3月5日对该初步协议进行投票表决。该工会会员约占三星电子韩国员工总数的30%。
此次协议内容不仅涵盖薪资增长，还包括公司30股股票以及购买公司产品的代金券等额外福利。
据悉，去年工会组织了罢工，但当时公司表示这些行动并未导致任何生产中断。
作为全球最大的内存芯片制造商，三星电子正努力应对人工智能(AI)应用半导体领域的激烈竞争。而此次持续的劳资纠纷无疑给公司带来了一定的干扰。
