智通财经APP讯，英诺赛科(02577)发布公告，公司已获选择及将被纳入恒生综合指数的成份股，并自2025年3月10日起生效。
恒生综合指数提供了一项全面的香港市场指标，涵盖在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市证券总市值最高的95%。恒生综合指数采用流通市值加权法计算，可用作发行指数基金、互惠基金以及表现量度基准。
获纳入恒生综合指数成份股后，公司股票预计将符合沪港通及深港通交易的纳入标准。沪港通及深港通是香港与中国内地的资本市场投资者的间的股票交易与投资的渠道。董事会认为，公司获纳入恒生综合指数反映资本市场对公司的正面业务表现及增长前景的认可，并预计纳入恒生综合指数将可扩大股东基础及增加公司股份的交易流动性，从而提升公司的投资价值及在资本市场的声誉。
