此批次可转换票据为 Strategy 的高级、无担保债务。该票据不支付定期利息，且票据本金不累积。除非提前回购、赎回或转换，否则票据将于 2030 年 3 月 1 日到期。在 2029 年 12 月 3 日之前，持票人只有在发生某些事件的情况下才有权将其票据转换为股票。
