长城证券表示，百融云是国内领先的金融AI云服务厂商，公司两大主营业务为MaaS(模型即服务)和BaaS(业务即服务)。公司已协助超过7000家机构客户进行智能决策、智能营销和智能运营，客户包含中国绝大部分国有银行、12家股份制银行、超过1000家地区性银行，以及主要的互联网科技公司、保险公司、财富管理公司等。
国元国际发布研报称，百融云加大对AI技术投入，积极响应国家普惠金融号召，围绕金融机构财富管理进行价值挖掘。目前公司已在智能语音和数字人方面取得突破，特别是其智能语音技术在语义理解与人机交互方面显著高于行业平均水平。考虑到公司AI技术处于行业领先水平，同时国内金融机构利用AI技术进行存量运营在巨大市场空间，公司通过AI技术不断拓展业务边界。此外公司紧跟客户需求，布局普惠金融和财富管理，更好满足小微企业的融资需求，更好满足C端客户的资产保值增值需求。
