【上海市政府常务会议部署加快促进服务业创新发展 打造工业品跨境电商枢纽】金十数据2月24日讯，上海市委副书记、市长龚正今天（24日）主持召开市政府常务会议，要求在市委领导下，加快促进服务业创新发展；打造具有国际竞争力的工业品跨境电商枢纽；以法治政府建设保障高质量发展。 会议原则同意《上海市推动工业品跨境电商高质量发展行动方案（2025—2027年）》并指出，大力发展工业品跨境电商，是提升国际贸易中心能级的重要抓手，也是推动制造业数字化转型的战略选择。要强化技术支撑，加大新技术、新模式应用推广力度，积极运用区块链技术提升交易透明度、安全性，推动人工智能应用场景落地。要强化服务支撑，打造跨境新通道，优化“离境即退税、销售再核算”等便利化举措，在通关查验、出口退税等方面创新监管模式，支持企业发展海外仓、专线物流等特色服务。
