Zeekr shared the first three renderings of the Zeekr 007 GT on January 8 to start warming up for the model.

The Zeekr 007 GT will be named the Zeekr 7 GT in overseas markets, CnEVPost had learnt.

On January 9, Zeekr shared more renderings of the Zeekr 007 GT, showing more details of the model.

The next day, January 10, the Zeekr 007 GT made it into a regulatory catalog from China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), allowing the core specs to be revealed.

The Zeekr 007 GT measures 4,864 mm in length, 1,900 mm in width and 1,445 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,925 mm, according to the filing.

For comparison, the 2025 Zeekr 001 shooting brake, which is currently on sale, has a length, width and height of 4,977 mm, 1,999 mm and 1,545 mm, respectively, and a wheelbase of 3,005 mm.

The Zeekr 007 sedan has a length, width and height of 4,865 mm, 1,900 mm and 1,450 mm respectively, and a wheelbase of 2,928 mm.

The Zeekr 007 GT supports 800 V ultra-fast charging and has a CLTC range of up to 825 kilometers, Zeekr said today.

The model has up to 475 kW of four-wheel drive and packs advanced smart driving capabilities equipped with LiDAR, according to the company.

The Zeekr 001 shooting brake, which initially went on sale April 15, 2021, is Zeekr's first model.

Having a model with an unconventional design as its first model was seen as a risky move by Zeekr at the time. However, the move later proved to be the right one.

The Zeekr 001 has been one of Zeekr's main sellers since its launch, delivering 99,984 units in 2024, contributing 45.01 percent of the 222,123 units Zeekr delivered in the year, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.

While the Zeekr 007 GT and Zeekr 001 have similar design styling, Zeekr wants them to target different customer segments.

The Zeekr 001 is a luxury shooting brake coupe that focuses more on premium tone, while the Zeekr 007 GT is a shooting brake coupe that focuses more on tech-savvy fashion, Zeekr said today.
