Salesforce Inc．与Alphabet Inc．的谷歌签署了一项价值数十亿美元的云协议，正在联合力量吸引目前使用微软生产力和人工智能产品的企业客户。

　　主要依赖亚马逊云服务的Salesforce已承诺在七年内斥资至少25亿美元购买谷歌的云计算服务。该协议现在将允许Salesforce的客户选择在谷歌云上运行他们的客户管理软件Agentforce自主AI助手和Data Cloud产品。

　　这笔交易象征着大型科技公司正在建立联盟和合作伙伴关系，以便为客户提供更广泛的AI增强产品和服务。在面向企业的生成型人工智能领域拥有先发优势的微软表示，大多数财富500强公司已经在使用其AI生产力工具。但采用情况有时落后于预期，这为谷歌留下了机会，其将得到Salesforce市场领先的客户管理软件的支持。

　　谷歌云首席执行官Thomas Kurian在接受采访时表示，两家公司已经有许多共同的客户，他们都在推动更大的产品整合。Kurian说，该联盟将允许企业客户使用谷歌的Workspace，为销售撰写文档，从Salesforce的客户数据中提取详细信息，并使用来自谷歌Gemini AI模型的信息微调提案。
