Morgan Stanley (MS) has scrapped references to diversity and inclusiveness in its hiring practices in its latest 10-K regulatory filing or annual report submitted Friday.
Instead, the company now states that "meritocracy" drives its talent development strategy, adding that "a workforce that represents the societies in which we live and work, and our global client base, is integral to Morgan Stanley's continued success."
