智通财经APP讯，世茂集团(00813)发布公告，根据召开指令，计划会议已于2025年2月24日上午11时正(香港时间)假座香港中环金融街8号国际金融中心二期39楼盛德律师事务所举行。
合共2079名持有投票计划债权(如说明函件中所定义)总额115.74亿美元的计划债权人亲身、由正式授权代表或委任代表出席计划会议并投票。
合共2053名(占出席计划会议并参加投票的计划债权人总数的98.75%)持有投票计划债权总额110.40亿美元(占出席计划会议并参加投票的投票计划债权总额的95.39%)的计划债权人投票赞成计划。
因此，计划已获得所需的大多数计划债权人批准。
公司将寻求高等法院对计划的批准及裁决。寻求裁决计划的呈请将于2025年3月13日上午10时正(香港时间)聆讯。
