蓝鲸新闻2月24日讯，近日，泉州金融监管分局发布了两张罚单，剑指泉州农村商业银行股份有限公司城东支行和中国民生银行股份有限公司泉州分行及其相关责任人。
民生银行股份有限公司泉州分行因个人贷款贷前调查不尽职、贷后管理不到位；流动资金贷款未合理测算营运资金需求，贷后管理不到位；不良资产处置程序不合规；发放经营性物业贷款不审慎等多项违规行为，被泉州金融监管分局处以罚款250万元的行政处罚。曾宝华，时任民生银行泉州分行资产保全部总经理，因上述违规行为被泉州金融监管分局处以警告；杨建康，时任民生银行石狮支行客户经理，也因上述违规行为被处以警告。
泉州农村商业银行股份有限公司城东支行因管理不善导致金融许可证遗失，被泉州金融监管分局处以警告并罚款0.8万元的行政处罚。
