【上海金融监管局开出10张罚单】金十数据2月24日讯，国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局发布行政处罚信息公开表，开出10张罚单，涉及上海青浦惠金村镇银行股份有限公司、恒丰银行、星展银行等公司和有关工作人员。其中，与恒丰银行相关的罚单有7张。恒丰银行上海分行因固定资产贷款发放不审慎、未按规定进行贷款资金支付管理与控制、贷款管理严重违反审慎经营规则、同业业务严重违反审慎经营规则、未及时下调非信贷资产风险分类等违法违规行为，被罚款370万元；此外，还有6张罚单涉及恒丰银行有关工作人员。
