智通财经APP讯，龙源电力(00916)发布公告，公司已于2025年2月21日完成公司中期票据发行。本中期票据品种一发行总额为人民币10亿元，期限为3年，单位面值为人民币100元，票面利率为1.92%;本中期票据品种二发行总额为人民币5亿元，期限为5年，单位面值为人民币100元，票面利率为1.96%。上述两个品种的中期票据利息均自2025年2月24日起开始计算。
本中期票据由招商银行股份有限公司作为主承销商公开发售。本中期票据所募集资金拟用于补充营运资金或偿还公司及子公司有息债务。
