智通财经APP讯，恩达集团控股(01480)发布公告，于2025年2月24日(交易时段后)，公司的全资附属公司Yan Tat Technology与卖方订立买卖协议，据此，卖方已同意出售而Yan Tat Technology已同意购买该物业，总代价为4375万马来西亚令吉，惟取决于先决条件获得满足，并须受买卖协议所载条款及条件所规限。
据悉，该物业包括：(1)位于PT5755-2, Jalan Sungai Chua, Kawasan Perusahaan Bukit Angkat, 43000 Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia的一幅永久业权工业用地，面积为19823平方米;及(2)于前述工业用地上建造的一个单层工厂连两层办公室单位及两个两层工厂单位及多个附属设施。根据已批准的建筑图则，该物业的总建筑面积约为8900平方米。该物业为永久业权，目前出租予独立第三方租户，月租金为17万马来西亚令吉，租期为3年，将于2025年8月2日届满。
