世茂集团境外债务重组计划获98.75%债权人支持
2月24日，世茂集团（00813）发布公告，公布了关于境外债务重组的最新情况。
根据公告，计划会议于2025年2月24日上午11时在香港举行，出席会议的计划债权人共计2079名，持有的计划债权总额为115.74亿美元。
在投票结果方面，合共2053名计划债权人（占出席会议并参与投票的总数的98.75%）支持该计划，持有的债权总额为110.4亿美元，占出席投票的债权总额的95.39%。因此，该计划获得了所需的多数批准。公司将向高等法院申请对该计划的批准，聆讯时间定于2025年3月13日上午10时。公司表示将及时发布进一步公告，以告知股东和投资者相关进展。
