新世界上周五(21日)晚公布，截至去年12月底止上半财年，其持续经营业务亏损料介乎66亿至68亿元，持续经营业务核心经营溢利料介乎43.5亿至45.5亿元，较对上财年同期减少15%至19%，预期亏损主要源于附属及合营持有的发展物业耗蚀亏损及应占耗蚀亏损33亿至35亿元，反映集团发展物业的可变现价格较预期为低；附属及合营持有的投资物业公平值亏损增加至介乎14亿至16亿元；固定利率债券赎回收益由上年同期6.9亿元大幅下降至1,500万元；及期内缺少了转入投资物业的一次性收益(对上财年同期收益12.57亿元)。
