智通财经APP讯，绿城中国(03900)公布，公司于今天宣布就其要约现金购买于2025年到期的4.465亿美元4.7%未偿付的优先票据(ISIN代码：XS2247552446)(2025年4月票据)中至多2025年4月票据最大接受金额以及于2025年到期的2.945亿美元5.65%未偿付的优先票据(ISIN代码：XS2193529562)(2025年7月票据，连同2025年 4月票据统称为“相关票据”)中至多2025年7月票据最大接受金额的结果。要约乃依据日期为2025年2月13日的购买要约作出。
要约于2025年2月20日下午5时正(欧洲中部时间)届满。截至届满限期，根据要约有效提交的2025年4月票据本金总额为约3.12亿美元，2025年7月票据本金总额为约1.4亿美元。
公司将接受全部根据要约提交的2025年 4月票据及2025年7月票据，据此2025年四月票据最大接受金额为约3.12亿美元，2025年 7月票据最大接受金额为约1.4亿美元。因此，两类相关票据合计的最大接受金额为约4.52亿美元。
公司将接受总本金金额为约3.12亿美元的2025年4月票据和总本金金额为约1.4亿美元的2025年 7月票据进行购买。2025年 4月票据和2025年7月票据的应计利息分别为每1,000美元未偿还本金金额15.14美元和每1,000美元未偿还本金金额6.59美元。
接纳购买的相关票据预期将于2025年2月25日或前后进行支付。待清偿接纳购买的相关票据后，2025年 4月票据及2025年 7月票据的未偿付本金额将分别为约1.34亿美元及1.55亿美元。
