WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) said its independent chairman and three other non-executive directors resigned following "intractable differences and differing views" around the ongoing role of founding Chief Executive Richard White, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Chairman Richard Dammery, Lisa Brock, Michael Malone, and Fiona Pak-Poy will leave the six-person board, effective after the release of the company's half-year results on Feb. 26.
This marks the latest controversy involving White, who stepped down as company chief following misconduct complaints in October 2024.
The company has appointed Mike Gregg as a director, effective from Feb 26, and additional directors will be appointed in due course, the filing added.
Company shares dropped 23% in recent trade on Monday.
