　　龙蟠科技（02465）发布公告，公司于2025年2月21日召开董事会会议与监事会会议，审议通过了《关于公司使用自有资金进行现金管理的议案》，同意公司（含下属公司）在不影响主营业务的正常发展，保证日常经营运作资金需求、有效控制投资风险的前提下，使用闲置自有资金不超过人民币50亿元适时进行现金管理，单笔现金管理期限最长不超过一年。该事项尚需提交股东会审议。
