智通财经APP获悉，内房及物管股今日回暖，截至发稿，中国海外宏洋集团(00081)涨8.52%，报1.91港元；融创中国(01918)涨7.85%，报2.06港元；龙湖集团(00960)涨6.68%，报10.48港元；华润万象生活(01209)涨7.99%，报31.1港元；新城悦服务(01755)涨3.42%，报3.02港元。
消息面上，2月17日，证监会提出“统筹做好房地产企业融资支持和债券违约风险防控”。2月19日，国家金融监管总局提出“要用好‘白名单’机制，打好房地产各项融资工具‘组合拳’，满足包括民营房企在内的各类房地产企业不同环节、不同阶段的合理融资需求。”
天风证券指出，上述表态如“满足包括民企在内的……不同环节、阶段的合理融资需求”为首次出现，结合证监会对房企融资的积极表态，一定程度传递对房企融资支持的范围、渠道及力度或存在潜在扩大空间。在供给侧出清临近收尾、需求侧企稳逐步确立的背景下，针对企业的融资支持或有利于重新推动周期上行，如“国央企”融资扶持利好其财务杠杆的增加、“未出险民企”利好其债务化解，“已出险房企”利好存量交付；未来融资政策支持仍将基于已有框架，加大力度。
