China Environmental Energy to Promote, Sell Liquor in Southeast, East Asia

China Environmental Energy Investment (HKG:0986) was appointed as a sales agent for Sichuan Dufujiu Group for the sales and promotion of varieties of liquors in various Southeast and East Asian Markets, a Monday bourse filing said.

The said sales agency agreement has a term of three years and the group has the exclusive right to sell the other party's liquors in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore among others, while the group obtained non-exclusive rights for the said sales in China.

The parties plan to achieve a minimum sales volume of 150 million yuan during the term of the agreement.

The company has also proposed to change its name from China Environmental Energy Investment to Dufu Liquor Group and to adopt a new secondary name in Chinese.
