私募股权机构KKR集团周一宣布，已签署最终协议，将以每股445印度卢比（约合37.20元人民币）的价格收购CVC Asia V机构54%的股份，以此收购印度领先的医疗保健公司Healthcare Global Enterprises（HCG）的多数股权。

　　根据印度法规，进行要约收购后，KKR将持有HCG公司54%至77%的股本。

　　HCG成立于1989年，是印度最大的肿瘤医院网络之一，在19个城市拥有25个医疗中心。该公司创始人BS Ajaikumar博士将成为非执行主席，专注于临床、学术和研发的卓越。
