贝克休斯公司周一宣布任命Ahmed Moghal接替Nancy Buese为公司首席财务官（CFO），立即生效。Ahmed Moghal曾是贝克休斯公司工业与能源技术（IET）部门的首席财务官。

　　Nancy Buese将在2025年4月30日正式离开公司，之前将担任公司的战略顾问。

　　贝克休斯公司总裁兼首席执行官Lorenzo Simonelli强调，此次任命是公司旨在实现盈利增长和持续提高利润率的战略转型的一部分。

　　贝克休斯公司重申了对2025年的财务预测，包括EBITDA增长，以及股东自由现金流回报增长60%至80%等。
