三星电子表示，该公司与工会周一达成了一项初步工资协议，其中包括2025年平均涨薪5.1%。

　　该协议是在1月7日开始的48天谈判之后达成的。根据协议，员工的基本工资将增加3%，奖金将增加2.1%，同时每位员工将获得30股股票。

　　双方还同意成立一个联合工作组，改进奖金制度，每六个月分享一次最新进展。

　　该协议需要由工会投票表决，工会方面表示投票可能在下周三之前举行。

　　三星电子相关人士表示：“将把此次工资协商作为劳资和谐的契机，集中精力提高企业竞争力。”
