智通财经APP获悉，基建股午后涨幅扩大，截至发稿，中铝国际(02068)涨4.32%，报1.93港元；中国中铁(00390)涨3.45%，报3.9港元；中国铁建(01186)涨3.44%，报5.42港元；中国交建(01800)涨2.77%，报5.19港元。
消息面上，据财联社报道，乌克兰总统泽连斯基2月23日下午在基辅举行记者招待会时表态，希望能够在乌克兰恢复和平、未来重建等方面得到中国的帮助。他表示，乌方愿意与中方为此开展对话。市场人士指出，一旦冲突结束，乌克兰大规模的重建工作将带来巨大的市场需求，涉及建筑、能源、基础设施等多个领域。
中金公司此前表示，2024年下半年，已看到基建端财政发力的迹象，如专项债发行提速、年末地方政府特殊再融资债加速发行等。展望2025年，预期基建投资有望在财政加码和化债发力的推动下实现小幅增长，预计增速提升至10%左右，但2025年地产投资或仍将承压、制造业投资亦可能出现降速，建筑板块基本面或将继续迎来分化。
