【建设银行等入股包钢集团 包钢集团增资至167.7亿】金十数据2月24日讯，天眼查App显示，近日，包头钢铁（集团）有限责任公司发生工商变更，原股东中国华融资产管理股份有限公司退出，新增建设银行、包头市人民政府、中信金融资产为股东，注册资本由约164.3亿人民币增至约167.7亿人民币，同时多位高管发生变更。包头钢铁（集团）有限责任公司成立于1998年6月，法定代表人为孟繁英，经营范围含非煤矿山矿产资源开采、建筑用钢筋产品生产、煤炭开采等，现由内蒙古自治区人民政府、内蒙古国有资本运营有限公司等及上述新增股东共同持股。
