　　安踏体育（02020）盘中涨超4%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.96%，现报86.70港元，成交额8.99亿港元。

　　据GPLP消息报道，近日，安踏体育以2.99亿元拍下上海南京路步行街核心地段“阳光商厦”。据悉，该栋建筑面积7252.43平方米的独栋物业，楼面价约4.1万元/平方米，年租金收入超3000万元，租金回报率超10%，被业内视为一笔“划算买卖”。交易完成后，安踏将旗下品牌原需支付的租金成本转化为自有资产增值，同时锁定南京路日均近200万人次的客流量，为品牌曝光和高端化战略提供核心流量入口。
