* 美国总统特朗普日前发布名为“美国优先投资政策”备忘录，称将制定新的规则，阻止美国企业推进中国的军事利益，并阻止与中国有关联的人员收购美国重要企业和资产。白宫官员表示，特朗普政府将考虑对美国在敏感技术领域对中国的对外投资实施新的或扩大的限制，这些领域包括半导体、人工智能、量子、生物技术、航空航天等。
* 特朗普2月上旬提名曾在众议院中国特别委员会任职的Landon Heid出任中美科技竞争方面的一个重要职位。去年，Heid推动限制与华大基因、药明康德、药明生物以及其他中国生物技术公司的业务往来。尽管相关议案在上届国会中势头强劲，但并未获得通过。
