China Southern Airlines (SHA:600029, HKG:1055) subsidiary China Southern Airlines Logistics withdrew its application for a mainboard listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange due to changing market conditions.
The company said the decision will not impact its operations, financial health or strategic plans, according to a Feb. 21 filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of China Southern Airlines rose 2% in recent trade on the Shanghai bourse.
