智通财经APP获悉，CRO概念股早盘重挫，截至发稿，药明康德(02359)跌9%，报63.7港元；方达控股(01521)跌6.99%，报1.33港元；康龙化成(03759)跌5.83%，报18.1港元；泰格医药(03347)跌5.7%，报36.4港元。
消息面上，2月21日，白宫网站发布“美国第一”投资政策备忘录，宣布将调整美国投资政策，重点进一步限制与中国的双向投资。东吴证券指出，短期看，这一政策将直接冲击中国科技股的风险情绪；中期看，关注美国外国投资委员会（CFIUS）后续可能出台的对华具体措施，以及中美关税谈判是否针对这一政策进行博弈及后续可能出现的关税升级风险。
值得注意的是，药明生物较早前公布，向默沙东出售与爱尔兰疫苗设施相关的资产，总对价约5亿美元(约39亿港元)。花旗发布研报称，虽然药明生物剥离指定海外设施的举措合符市场预期，但仍有部分人或将出售资产视为针对潜在地缘政治风险的防御行动。该行认为，上述爱尔兰疫苗设施交易不会对该公司产生负面财务影响，并将改善其整体获利能力。
