金吾财讯 | 恒生银行经济研究部发表2025年经济展望，预测2025年香港经济增长2.5%。恒生指出，香港的失业情况在2024年大致维持稳定，由年初2.9%升至年末的3.1%，较去年同期的2.9%稍高，而2020年疫情爆发前十年的平均失业率约为3.3%。失业率温和上升，就业人数在过去一年中仅录得轻微增长，全年增加4800人至12月的371.9万人。香港劳动市场面临的一个主要结构性挑战是人力供应减少。自2018年以来，劳动人口也呈现类似的下降趋势，但2023年后则保持在相对稳定的水平。劳动人口萎缩是导致香港劳工市场供应减少的主要因素。劳动人口参与率下降有几个可能的原因，其中一个重要因素是人口老化。另外，人力需求同样下跌，部分原因是劳工密集型的零售行业呈现收缩。
