IT之家 2 月 24 日消息，韩媒 SEDaily 报道称，SK 海力士将于 2025 年 3 月（即协议预设的最早时间点）支付收购 Solidigm 的尾款，完成最终交割。

SK 海力士在 2020 年 10 月同英特尔达成协议，以 90 亿美元的总额从英特尔处收购 NAND 闪存及存储业务。在已于 2021 年完成的第一阶段中，SK 海力士支付 70 亿美元获得英特尔 SSD 业务和中国大连 NAND 闪存制造厂的资产，并由子公司 Solidigm 负责运营。

而第二阶段完成时 SK 海力士将进一步获得剩余的相关有形与无形资产，包括 NAND 闪存晶圆的生产及设计相关的知识产权（IP）、研发人员以及大连工厂的员工，此阶段的对价为 20 亿美元（IT之家备注：当前约 145.08 亿元人民币）。

报道表示，SK 海力士计划第一时间完成最终步骤以稳固其在 AI 浪潮下蓬勃发展的企业存储市场中的地位：因为 Solidigm 在超大容量企业级 SSD 领域具有先发优势。

SK 海力士的 NAND 部门在 2024 年实现了创纪录的 19 万亿韩元（当前约 961.59 亿元人民币）营收，而在 2019 年这一数额仅有 5 万亿韩元。
