消息面上，阜博集团公告，根据一般授权发行2.34亿港元2028年到期的零息可换股债券。所得款项净额约为2.29亿港元，即净发行价为每股换股股份4.09港元。公司拟将发行可换股债券所得款项净额的75%用于投资用途及所得款项净额的25%用于一般营运资金用途。
开源证券指出，阜博集团是全球领先的数字资产和交易服务提供商。公司基于影视基因数字指纹和水印核心专利技术，保护数字内容资产权益。海外大客户内容渗透率提升，国内平台调用量及内容出海区域持续扩张，积极投入AIGC领域，未来有望带来增量。国元国际指出，人工智能行业对内容版权保护意识加强，未来公司将受到行业版权保护意识提升所带来的成长机会。
