智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月21日，迈富时(02556)股东将5.17亿港元市值股票从富途证券国际香港转入港股通(深) ，占比3.23%。
2月19日，迈富时股东将6.44亿港元市值股票从老虎证券香港环球转入港股通(深) ，占比4.70%。
2月12日，迈富时股东将股票存入CCASS，存仓市值9.23亿港元，占比4.89%。
2月21日，迈富时公布，配售最多2010.58万股，占扩大后股本约7.85%，每股作价60港元，较2月20日收市价67.85港元折让约11.57%。公司预期，配售事项净集资约12.02亿港元，当中约40%拟用于AI智能体应用的开发和商业化;约20%用于投资并购国内外细分赛道的领先公司，以补充技术能力、产品组合和垂直行业专业经验;约10%用于全球扩张，特别是支持海外产品开发和海外商业化渠道建设;约30%用于补充营运资金和一般公司用途。
