WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) said Richard White operates in the company under terms disclosed by the company on Oct. 24 2024, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing in response to the Australian Securities Exchange's query letter.

According to the announcement on Oct. 24 2024, White works under the title of founder and founding chief executive officer and is a consultant to the board focused on product and business development.

This comes after four of the company's directors, including the chairman, resigned earlier today due to "intractable differences and differing views" around the ongoing role of Richard White.

Company shares dropped 20% in recent trade.
