Mayfield Childcare (ASX:MFD) has appointed Daniel Stone as chief executive officer, effective April 8, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Daniel is the ex-chief operating officer and ex-deputy CEO of TheirCare, the filing said.
Company shares were up 2% in recent Monday trade.
