【瑞银估算新世界发展中期核心基本亏损料扩至52亿港元 高于预期】金十数据2月24日讯，瑞银发表研报指，估计新世界发展(00017.HK)2025财年上半年的核心基本亏损将扩大至52港亿元，相对于对上财年同期的11亿港元亏损，数字高于该行预期，受累开发项目减损费用介乎33至35亿港元，同时亦高于该行对其今年6月底止全财年核心基本亏损32亿港元的预测。瑞银认为，新世界最新的再融资情况、资产处置计划、管理层对永续债的态度，将是即将公布的业绩关注焦点。该行将新世界发展目标价定于4港元，给予沽售评级。
