国泰君安表示，AI在证券投研及投顾、银行信贷和营销渠道、保险代理人赋能、小微商户点餐及营销、消费金融风控及客服等场景逐步落地，未来空间广阔。公开资料显示，易鑫集团是中国最大的互联网汽车金融交易平台，2024年集团开启大规模应用AI，目前AI技术已被广泛应用于包括市场营销、视频面审、客户服务在内的整个业务流程，有效提升运营效率和风控能力。
此外，易鑫集团此前与宁德时代全资子公司时代电服科技有限公司签署战略合作协议，双方将共同探索换电创新服务模式，满足新能源车辆的全生命周期用车需求，推动换电生态的健康可持续发展。据悉，易鑫集团目前新能源车在其新车融资业务中的渗透率已近50%。
