在周四晚间的财报电话会议上，Five9首席执行官Mike Burkland透露，公司AI业务的增长速度正在加快，其中企业级AI业务营收在第四季度同比增长46%，目前已占企业订阅收入的9%。他强调，公司AI业务的动能预计将持续增强，尤其是新企业客户的AI预订量同比增长近50%，且在年度经常性收入(ARR)超100万美元的交易中，AI业务的绑定率达到了100%。
此外，Five9还在现有企业客户群体中深化AI渗透，该部分的AI业务预订量在 第四季度同比增长50%，进一步巩固了其在AI领域的竞争优势。
