智通财经APP讯，中信银行(00998)公布，该行400亿元可转债于2019年3月19日起在上交所挂牌交易，债券简称“中信转债”，债券代码“113021”。中信转债到期兑付本息金额为111元人民币╱张，兑付资金发放日为2025年3月4日。
根据《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》等规定，中信转债将于2025年2月27日开始停止交易，2025年2月26日为中信转债最后交易日。 自2025年3月4日起，中信转债将在上交所摘牌。
