德银报告指，浙江吉利近期宣布完成领克品牌重组。在完成交易后，吉利(00175.HK) 及极氪(ZK.US) 分别持有领克49%及51%股权。基于在港上市的吉利持有极氪62.8%股权，领克成为极氪非全资附属，亦为在港上市吉利的非全资附属。后者亦预期今年录得64.7亿元人民币非现金收益，来自重组完成后其在领克五成持股的公平值增长。
报告指，公司表示重组将落实统一管理框架及引入4项主要内部改革：强化产品开发协调、制造体系创新、用户操作升级及智能系统突破。
